Shipping policy

Timeframe:

Our products are made-to-order, so please allow us 5 - 7 business days to make and process your order.  We will ship your order to you only after this process has been fulfilled.

***  Please check that your shipping address is correct.

We are currently offering standard shipping by default.  Contact us for express options.

Delivery targets:

You will receive an Email when your order has been shipped from our studio.  It will contain your tracking link.  Thereafter, you will receive progress shipping Emails.  

We use NZ Couriers for all New Zealand orders.

For all international orders, the shipping carrier will be identified in your order tracking Email.
