At kiddo-koa (designed by Rose and Bow), we make it our top priority to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional customer service experience.

All our products are lovingly and carefully handmade, and some are custom-made, therefore, due to the product's nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damages and issues

If your order was damaged during shipping, or if there is any issue with the products ordered, please contact us immediately.  We want to provide you with the best service possible and make things right.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
